We are a married couple with a beautiful sq. ft. house at the Pinery in Parker. Our desire is to host a 5 person intentional community in that space. At present we are 3 persons. One female and two males. Our ages range from 33 to 58. We are looking for a fourth person. A female would balance us out quite well. Age does not matter as much as maturity does.
We have all experienced life in other countries and with different cultures. We love the outdoors, have travelled much and value a sense of community. We also value privacy, quietness and time alone. Spirituality and personal growth are important to us. We like to exercise and eat healthy. We are professionals - architecture and engineering.
The space we have selected is well suited for our purpose. The pinery is a golf and equestrian development. Deer frequent the neighborhood. The sq. ft. house is large enough to support 5 adults without being overcrowded. The house has two kitchens, large common spaces and a good sized deck. Our yard backs the golf course.
We are looking for a well-balanced, trustworthy, clean and happy individual who is EASILY able to afford the rent ($450)+ share of utilities (approx. $50-$100). Someone with NO substance addictions and no pets. We would prefer a person who is is quiet and respectful of each persons space and need for privacy, but who is also interested in interacting with and enjoying our little community.
